The practice’s full service covers matters ranging from cross-border disputes and administrative tax proceedings to debt collections and disputes involving antitrust issues and distribution relationships. The team is co-headed by office founding partner and veteran litigator Piero Rusconi Gutiérrez, who brings expertise in maritime, civil, constitutional, immigration, corporate and banking disputes, and associate Mauricio Guardado, who arrived from Lexincorp in September 2023, and who specialises in judicial debt recovery and administrative law matters.
