Ellex is a one-stop shop for all IT, IP and telecoms matters, and is particularly well established in the IP sphere due to its experience appearing before the Estonian Patent Office and its trademark work. The group is also active in a range of IP disputes including patent disputes and copyright infringement disputes. Managing partner Ants Nõmper, who regularly handles cross-border IP matters, is well supported by Mari Must, who ‘provides high-quality legal advice, which is accompanied by a good understanding of industry and business needs’.
