The leading banking and finance practice at Borenius has continued to advise both lenders and borrowers on several financings linked to sustainability and green targets. It has recently seen a steady increase in work relating to the financing of wind and solar power projects as well as battery storage and data centres particularly. Team co-lead Niina Nuottimäki has a strong in-house background in the banking industry and a particular focus on leveraged finance, restructurings, and bond financing. Fellow co-lead Riikka Eronen has extensive experience in domestic and international corporate banking and real estate finance matters.
