Castrén & Snellman’s employment team has broad expertise in restructurings, TUPE matters and mass redundancies, and is well regarded for its work on employment disputes, occupational safety cases, and discrimination claims; it has also recently seen increased instructions from international clients through its membership in the Employment Law Alliance. The team is jointly spearheaded by Tomi Kemppainen, who is the go-to person for outsourcing arrangements, planning and implementing M&A deals, redundancy procedures and employment disputes, and Outi Tähtinen, who provides support to clients on employment offence matters and settlement negotiations.
