Castrén & Snellman’s employment team has broad expertise in restructurings, TUPE matters and mass redundancies, and is well regarded for its work on employment disputes, occupational safety cases, and discrimination claims; it has also recently seen increased instructions from international clients through its membership in the Employment Law Alliance. The team is jointly spearheaded by Tomi Kemppainen, who is the go-to person for outsourcing arrangements, planning and implementing M&A deals, redundancy procedures and employment disputes, and Outi Tähtinen, who provides support to clients on employment offence matters and settlement negotiations. Mikko Hanni and Mats Forsius are also singled out for their contributions.
