The team has particular strength in real estate dispute resolution, regulatory work, due diligence, and construction contracts, with niche expertise in serving clients in the mining and metals sector. Practice head Maria Landtman has extensive expertise in handling construction projects for employers, contractors, and consultants, while co-head Matti Lajunen advises domestic and international investors on all types of property-related acquisitions, restructurings, sales processes, and sale and leaseback arrangements.
