Highlight-Mandate

  • Advised Intel US on the public law aspects of the acquisition of French company Silicon Mobility, which designs systems-on-a-chip (SoCs) and software for managing electric vehicle motors and on-board charging systems, including an audit of all Silicon mobility's public contracts.

  • Representing Syndicat mixte Autolib’ et Vélib’ Métropole in appeal proceedings before the Paris Administrative Court of Appeal related to the termination process of the Autolib' public service delegation contract for an electric car sharing programme.
  • Assisting Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in an investment dedicated to the design, construction and operation of distributed antenna systems (DAS) and shared operator network units enabling the operation of several DAS.
