Clifford Chance assists a prominent client base of leading French and international banks as well as a range of fintechs, sovereign entities, clearing platforms, financial institutions and corporations. Through practice head  Frédérick Lacroix, the team is able to handle a comprehensive range of work including complex banks' reorganisation, transactional work in addition to advising on ESG, fintech and e-payment regulations.
