Bredin Prat's particular strength lies in advising French corporations, family offices and investment funds on their corporate financing needs by way of banking facilities (syndicated loans, RCF, SRCF) and notes issuances. The team often assists clients on arranging large corporate financing and refinancing facilities, often combining hybrid products. The practice also regularly assists companies and investment funds with acquisition financing deals, including public M&A transactions.
