Orrick is a reference in the securitisation space where the team advises leading financing institutions as well as some originators on large transactions, entailing the setting up of FCT, and synthetic securitisation as well as asset back lending and NPL portfolios transactions. The practice is regularly involved in some of the market’s largest deals and in ground-breaking and innovative transactions such as advising on the insurance securitisation transaction of insurance risks recently. Its range of work spans SME loans, as well as commercial, trade and auto leasing receivables. The practice also handles various other structured finance and factoring work. The team is headed by Hervé Touraine , with Olivier Bernard the other key member. They are ably supported by of counsels Judith Rousvoal and Laure Seror .
