De Pardieu Brocas Maffei shows great agility in managing various types of cases, representing a wide range of clients from major corporations to banks and investment funds. The litigation practice regularly acts in cases linked to the firm’s thriving real estate, restructuring and antitrust practices. It is currently acting in high-stake antitrust follow-on and debt restructuring judicial proceedings. The practice’s caseload also includes challenging commercial and corporate disputes, while IP, securities and product liability litigation is also dealt with. The team is co-headed by Barbara Levy, real estate expert Paul Talbourdet and the talented Alexandre Vermynck who joined the firm late 2023, bringing further strength to the practice.
