Veil Jourde is an established name on the French litigation market that enjoys a strong following among prominent French companies and financial institutions, while also representing a good number of foreign clients. Major family estates as well as private individuals are also clients. The practice is led by a large and highly experienced team able to handle high-stake commercial, banking and corporate disputes, as well as shareholders' conflicts. It is also adept at defending clients in complex securitisation and financial products litigation started by a large number of plaintiffs. The practice is co-headed by long standing partners Eric Deubel and Pierre-François Veil, as well as by Maxime de Guillenchmidt whose boutique firm merged with Veil Jourde in Spring 2024. Also involved are the highly experienced Georges Jourde, Emmanuel Rosenfeld and Corinne Vallery-Masson .
