August Debouzy runs a solid well-rounded practice that can tackle diverse types of cases including equity financing and corporate governance litigation, contract and tort litigation and product liability disputes. The team acts for leading investment funds, large and smaller companies as well as executives in matters spanning various industries. It regularly handles shareholders’ conflicts and has the ability to deal with complex cases where commercial, corporate and fraud issues are entwined .
