Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP's Parisian team works in close combination with the firm’s European and international offices managing a strong investment and commercial arbitration caseload. The practice represents leading companies spanning various industries such as healthcare, energy and construction, in large disputes concerning oil and gas concessions, renewables and real estate projects often linked with France, Europe and the Middle East. The practice also manages exequatur proceedings. The team is co-headed by star partner Noah Rubins, Christophe Seraglini and Alexandra van der Meulen , who was promoted to partner in 2024.
