Under the leadership of the excellent Diane Lamarche, the team acts for leading financial institutions, investment funds and some publicly listed companies and executives, which it regularly defends in AMF’s stock-market breach investigations as well as in the context of shareholders’ activism campaigns and debt restructuring of listed companies.
