The team handles a large and prominent tax fraud caseload, notably defending banks and financial institutions, while it is also recognised for its ability to handle sensitive international corruption and ESG related investigations (dealing notably with environmental and human rights issues) regarding its clients’ operations in emerging markets. The practice also regularly assists clients facing investigations in the US, conducts internal investigations and has been retained recently to work on a new case initiated by the European Public Prosecutor Office.
