Clifford Chance

The team at Clifford Chance harnesses a global network to advise a roster of international clients on a range of employment law matters, notably complex reorganisations and high-stakes litigation before French labour, social security, civil or criminal courts. François Farmine heads the team, representing leading companies in litigation and advising on issues concerning top executives. The team was bolstered by the addition of partner Florence Aubonnet , formerly of Flichy Grangé Avocats, in late 2023. Counsel Susan Ekrami joined in 2024.
