LPA Law significantly expanded its practice with the arrival of Marco Plankensteiner from Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP in November 2023, combining his competition law expertise with the strong distribution practice led by Stephan Lesage-Mathieu and Xavier Clédat. The practice is now capable of covering antitrust investigations and follow-on damages claims, as well as merger control and FSR matters.
