- Advising the French press magazine trade union (the “SEPM”) in a major dispute against Google before the FCA (the neighbouring rights case), and recently represented the SEPM in the proceedings that led to Google being fined again (€250M) for breaching its commitments taken before the FCA.
- Representing Bonduelle regarding two cartel damage claims brought by large French retailers before the French commercial courts, and recently a ruling against Casino that dismissed the 650-store complaint.
- Successfully assisted Roquette Frères (a European leader in the starch sector) regarding state aid which was subject to the European Commission's prior approval.
