The team has a standout recent record of representing French and global clients in high-profile FCA investigations and follow-on damages claims, most notably in the technology and media sectors, as well as in complex merger filings (including in relation to cross-border transactions). Highly regarded practice head Patrick Hubert handles the full spectrum of competition matters. Maxence Jonvel is another key contact.
