Tactics has developed a wide breadth of expertise in the food law industry, advising on consumer law, food law, criminal law, commercial law, distribution and litigation matters. The team is led by Julia Bombardier, who is noted for her ‘dynamism and creativity’ in assisting French and international companies in consulting and litigation before commercial and criminal courts, as well as before the French administration. Bombardier leverages in-depth expertise in the field of food law and consumer law, particularly in the agri-food sector, notably concerning labelling, unfair commercial practices, fraud, health and food safety matters.
