- Advised AMPHENOL CORPORATION, a US listed company on its acquisition of the LID TECHNOLOGIES group, a French-headquartered group specialised in the development, industrialization and commercialisation of smart and wireless embedded electronic systems for automotive markets.
- Advised EKINOPS on acquiring a branch of activity of Infovista, including a line of key software for analysing application performance across networks. Also drafted and negotiated an OEM agreement to cover the use of this software by Infovista after the operation.
