Led by Marie-Hélène Tonnellier, who has long standing experience across a plethora of IT, media and e-commerce issues, the team at OYAT assists its client base with the drafting and negotiation of cloud and licensing agreements as well as litigation procedures arising from issues such as software counterfeiting and contract execution.
