Led by Marie-Hélène Tonnellier, who has long standing experience across a plethora of IT, media and e-commerce issues, the team at OYAT assists its client base with the drafting and negotiation of cloud and licensing agreements as well as litigation procedures arising from issues such as software counterfeiting and contract execution. In step with developing technology, the team is also active in matters relating to AI and drones. Charlotte Barraco-David is well regarded for her handling of GDPR compliance matters and also for her experience in litigation against the CNIL.
