Jeantet has wide-ranging expertise in restructuring and insolvency matters, from mandat ad hoc and conciliation proceedings to safeguard, reorganisation and liquidation proceedings, insolvency-related litigation and the carve-out and acquisition of distressed companies. The varied workload is matched by the firm’s ability to act for all stakeholders, including debtors, creditors, investors and purchasers, and court-appointed administrators. Laïd Estelle Laurent, who is experienced in both domestic and cross-border cases, heads the team. Aymar De Mauléon joined the team in 2025.
