Paul Hastings LLP rebuilt its restructuring practice in May 2024 with the arrival of Caroline Texier, who brings to the table strong expertise in insolvency proceedings and debt restructuring, and her team from DLA Piper. The group is well equipped to advise debtors, buyers, creditors, shareholders and investors on major French and cross-border restructurings and the acquisition of distressed assets, with particular skill in the private equity and real estate sectors (benefitting from the wider firm’s capabilities in these areas).
