The firm assists a prominent client base of French and international companies including financial institutions undertaking large domestic and cross-border transactions, spanning various industry sectors such as the financial services, automotive, retail and infrastructure fields. The team is large and able to handle a high volume of work, and led by Hubert Segain who joined in July 2024 from Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP. Other key names in the team includes Pierre Tourres, Pierre Thomet, Nicolas Le Guillou, Bruno Derieux and Julien Bourmaud-Danto, who was promoted to partner in 2024. Alain Garnier retired in summer 2025.
