Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP boasts a large and experienced team able to handle a wide array of transactions including complex carve-out, public M&A, distressed M&A or infrastructure related deals. The team assists a number of large French and US corporations, notably in the food and logistics sectors, with their largest and most strategic deals. The practice also has a strong involvement advising private equity funds’ portfolio companies on their transactions.
