The group’s expertise encompasses the design, setup, management and fundraising stages, as well as subsequent sale and reorganisation transactions. Practice head Stéphane Puel specialises in advising French and global financial institutions on the structuring and establishment of open and closed-end investment funds. Additional key contacts for fund formation include Guillaume Goffin and Benjamin Delaunay. Nicolas Capelli left the firm in January 2024.
