Rima Maitrehenry, who is lauded for her ‘excellent technical mastery’ and ’good knowledge of market practices’, steers the practice and specialises in fund formation, the sale and acquisition of fund portfolios and secondary transactions. Linda Bessa joined the firm from AYACHE in September 2023.
