The team at Linklaters specialises in the structuring and formation of private equity vehicles, funds of funds, ETFs and debt funds, as well as related regulatory, corporate, and tax mandates. Leadership of the practice is shared between Cyril Boussion and Ngoc-Hong Ma, who has particular expertise in advising investment funds, private equity houses and financial institutions on the regulatory environment surrounding fund management. Former co-head Edouard Chapellier left the firm after publication.
