Leadership is shared between Anne-Charlotte Rivière, who focuses on venture capital in the life sciences and technology sectors; the ‘very experienced’ Thomas Dupont-Sentilles; and Xavier Leroux, who assists startups and scale-ups throughout the corporate life cycle. A recent standout matter saw the group advise H Company on its incorporation, followed by its $220m SeriesSeed financing from VC funds. Félicien Bardsley left the firm in January 2024.
