Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier has deep expertise in the tax aspects of mergers, spin-offs, restructurings and joint ventures, as well as in finance and real estate transactions. The strong triad at the head of the practice is formed of Vincent Agulhon, Loïc Védie and Alain Maillot. M&A tax work is largely handled by Agulhon, who remains a key contact for listed companies. Védie is particularly skilled at handling the tax aspects of real estate acquisitions.
