GLCC Law Firm regularly represents Georgian corporations in litigation before all levels of the Court, including the King’s Bench Division of the British High Court of Justice. The team has been recently active in commercial disputes, with experience handling contentious construction matters, insolvency proceedings, and tax litigation. A particular work highlight from the past year was the successful arbitration against the Georgian government on behalf of a construction company.
