ENSafrica's team has extensive expertise in advising across the full range of banking and finance work. Cross-border matters are prominent in the group's workload, and the team regularly acts for local authorities, major corporates and financial institutions. Derivatives, project finance, and trade finance are core areas of instruction for the department. Led by Paa Kwesi Morrison, the team acts across a range of sectors, including mining, energy, and telecoms. Rachel Dagadu is well versed in assisting with project finance mandates.
