- Represented DEPA Commercial before the European Commission in the acquisition of joint control (as a newly entering shareholder) over a company established under the laws of Albania which is the owner of a thermal power plant.
- Represented Copelouzos Group (and particularly the company under the name FOODCORP INVESTMENTS) in obtaining clearance by the HCC for the acquisition of joint control over 1904, along with GRIGORIS.
