John Rochester heads the team, handling both Guernsey and BVI aspects of real estate and asset financing transactions. John Lewis offers expertise on fund financing matters and assists clients with the enforcement of security, with Frances Watson also helping funds with securing and restructuring financing facilities. Helen Wyatt‘s practice covers both transactional and regulatory aspects of financing arrangements. Alana Gillies Ridout is noted for her expertise in both real estate and fund financing.
