Ogier‘s banking and finance team is ’always prepared to go the extra mile’, assisting both bank and private credit lenders and borrowers with the structuring of fund, real estate and acquisition financing facilities. The team is also able to assist banks with the restructuring of existing credit lines and enforcement of security arrangements. Jointly heading the team are Christopher Jones, whose practice encompasses fund, real estate and asset financing, and Paul Chanter, a specialist in leveraged finance structures and refinancing matters. Matthew Macfarlane operates a broad practice, covering real estate and fund financing, in addition to assisting with secured lending arrangements.
