Both borrowers and lenders rely on Carey Olsen for advice on the structuring and regearing of the spectrum of financing facilities, with particular expertise in the fund financing arena in addition to acquisition, real estate and asset finance specialisms. Heading the team is Andrew Boyce, who bridges the divide between fund formation and financing, advising on leveraged and asset finance in addition to assisting with capital calls. Annette Alexander is also well versed in fund financing matters, in addition to acting for banks as lenders and arrangers across a range of credit facilities, with Tom Carey offering expertise on financing for private equity transactions. Kim Paiva joined the team from Walkers in January 2026.
