Walkers

Walkers provides ‘good, solid, pragmatic’ advice across a broad spectrum of financing matters, with expertise in acting for lenders and borrowers on acquisition, asset, fund and real estate credit lines. Heading the team are Zoë Hallam, whose expertise lies primarily in fund financing mandates, including NAV and subscription line facilities, and  Alex Wickens, who was promoted to the partnership in July 2024 and focuses on fund, real estate and acquisition finance, with a notable specialism in structuring Sharia-compliant financing and investment vehicles. Kim Paiva departed in January 2026.
