Practice head Abel Lyall acts for clients in both commercial and trust disputes, with experience assisting corporate clients in relation to contentious schemes of arrangement, in addition to overseeing trust matters. Jeremy Wessels pleads trust cases up to the Privy Council, with Gordon Dawes merging expertise in trust and regulatory matters. Sandra Duerden represents trustees and beneficiaries in multi-jurisdictional disputes and is also able to advise trade mark and copyright issues.
