Practice head Elaine Gray is sought out for her expertise in both trust and competition proceedings, among others, with Tim Corfield offering decades of experience in all manner of commercial disputes. Mark Dunster is noted for his regulatory expertise, while David Jones takes the lead on contentious insolvency and asset tracing matters. Sworn in as a Guernsey Advocate in September 2024, Elliot Aron tackles the breadth of commercial and insolvency disputes. Further changes to the team include the partner promotion of Tim Bamford in July 2024 and the arrival of Alex Thornton de Mauroy from Appleby in December 2024.
