Walkers‘ litigation team is composed of ’pragmatic lawyers with excellent negotiation skills’ who represent a client base that includes trustees and other fiduciaries, public authorities and insolvency practitioners, among others. Alison Ozanne heads the team, handling a caseload made up of contentious trust and probate matters, in addition to assisting clients in regulatory proceedings. Sarah Brehaut is frequently instructed by liquidators in winding-up procedures before the Royal Court, with further expertise in regulatory matters, including data protection issues. Trust disputes form a key pillar of Adam Cole‘s practice, acting for both trustees and beneficiaries in matters concerning breach of trusts and the handling of trust assets, in addition to taking on insurance disputes. Ferbrache & Farrell LLP’s Alison Antill joined the group in June 2025.
