Walkers‘ insurance practice advises global insurance providers, asset managers, and major financial service clients on the legal and regulatory effects of acquisitions and sales, protected cell company establishment, management, and termination, and on contentious professional indemnity coverage issues. The department is led by Jessica Robinson, an insurance M&A specialist who also advises on day-to-day regulatory compliance on pension and insurance schemes. Sarah Brehaut and Adam Cole lead on complex and high-value insurance and commercial disputes, including large class actions.
