Carey Olsen has ‘the competence to work through even the most difficult matters,’ including the launches of, fundraising for and close of private equity and credit funds, the establishment of continuation funds, and fund transactions. Ben Morgan heads the team, handling public and private fund formations and fund financing mandates, while Andrew Boyce’s private equity client base relies on him for advice on the structuring of their investment vehicles. Annette Alexander‘s practice spans private equity, real estate and hedge funds, with David Crosland taking point on restructuring mandates in addition to handling fund launches. Rachel de la Haye and Andrew Tually joined the partnership in July 2024, both advising on fund formations and downstream transactions.
