Collas Crill occupies a niche in Guernsey’s open-ended funds space, with particular expertise in assisting HNWIs and sovereign wealth funds set up investment vehicles, and is also able to advise on fund financing matters. The team is headed by ‘outstanding partner’ Wayne Atkinson, who advises fund managers on the structuring of their structures and guides them through Guernsey’s regulatory framework. Gareth Morgan exited the firm in July 2025.
