Mayora & Mayora, S.C. continues to build its dispute resolution practice in Honduras, acting for a growing portfolio of clients from its offices in Tegucigalpa, San Pedro Sula and, most recently, Roatán (supported further by branches in Guatemala and El Salvador). The team represents both individuals and major local and regional corporations in a wide range of disputes, from commercial and constitutional litigation to labour, tax and inheritance claims. Honduras managing partner Odín Guillén Leiva, whose strong all-round practice cover civil, commercial, labour and public international law, heads the department. Iván Flores, who was promoted to the partnership in August 2025, is skilled in civil, commercial and labour litigation. Senior associate Andrea Tercero and associate Pedro Canales are also key team members.
