The firm is well equipped to assist with employment issues relating to company restructurings and the closure of clients' operations in Honduras, as well as hirings, disciplinary procedures, and labour disputes and conciliation proceedings with the Ministry of Labour. Corporate immigration matters, including obtaining residency permits, also remain a core area of focus. Adolfo Pineda, who has a wealth of experience in labour and global mobility and relocation issues, oversees the practice.
