The firm supports major airlines and financial institutions in lease restructurings as well as in aircraft acquisitions, including sale and leasebacks. The team is led by Andrew Lockhart, who is frequently approached by airlines, aircraft manufacturers and financial institutions for support. Within the team, Allen Ng advises clients on the full suite of aviation finance, with particular strength supporting clients in matters relating to Chinese aviation. Jane Wang is also of note for her work on multi-jurisdictional financing.
