Liao is an expert in US securities law and excels in international debt securities offerings as well as a wide variety of liability management transactions. Luk divides his time between Hong Kong and Beijing. Alongside his capital markets practice he offers advice on a broad range of corporate and business matters, including compliance and debt restructuring.
