The team is particularly well-versed in matters at the intersection of competition and data and TMT. The practice is co-led by tech regulation, transactional, and cybersecurity specialist Lex Kuo, and media, competition and regulatory-focused Stephen Crosswell. Acting in support are Grace Gao, who concentrates on TV, film, and gaming financing and distribution, and Dominic Edmondson, a key contact for IP and IT sourcing, cybersecurity, e-commerce, telecoms, and data matters.
