Bolstered by the February 2024 arrival of new practice head Gabor Pazsitka, a specialist in banking and financial services regulatory and capital markets matters, Schoenherr Hetényi Ügyvédi Iroda brings strength to advising domestic and multinational financial institutions on matters ranging from acquisition and project finance, financial regulatory matters and syndicated, club and bilateral lending to receivables financing, refinancing, debt restructuring and non-performing (NPL) loan transactions. In addition, the team assists clients in the fintech and crypto spaces. Bálint Bodó provides key transactional support. Gergely Szalóki departed the firm in April 2024.
